Jadesola Adedeji is the CEO of STEM METS RESOURCES Ltd. The company provides 21st century skills training for children and youths using Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (S.T.E.M) based activities with the aim of developing skills for the future workplace and through innovation and creativity, contribute to the economic development of our great country, Nigeria. The company runs the popular Bricks4kidz program in schools and to date,the program has seen over 3000 children via its various enrichment platforms and has run as an after-school enrichment class in over 12 schools in Lagos.Most recently, the company has partnered with Airbus Foundation to administer its robotics and aviation program to youths aged 12-16. After a 20-year career in the pharmaceutical industry, her foray into education was borne out of a desire to engage her own children in meaningful and creative enrichment programs. Jadesola obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from King’s College, University of London and a Masters in Business Administration from University of Calgary, Canada. She recently completed an Executive Program in Social Entrepreneurship at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
